Richard (Dick) Spaeth
Mr. Spaeth is an experienced aviation program manager with 20 years of public service. He successfully administered several aviation programs to enhance airport development and has worked closely with the FAA, airports, and consultant firms.
Mr. Spaeth is a senior associate member of The Adams
Companies, L.L.C. He works part-time as an aviation planner and management consultant who specializes in providing airport master planning, capital improvement planning, financial and business planning services for airports throughout the United States.
Mr. Spaeth is also currently a captain with Frontier Airlines, Inc. and is pilot-in-command in the Airbus 318 and 319 on flights throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. Prior to his current position, Mr. Spaeth was the Administrator of the Aeronautics Division for the Wyoming Department of Transportation. During his 20 years with the Division, he formulated state aviation policy, managed statewide aviation programs, supervised Division budgets and management staff, and oversaw the flight operations program.
Mr. Spaeth served in the U.S. Air Force during the VietNam era, flying C-130 aircraft worldwide.
